Since 1965, UTCA has been the leading voice for New Jersey’s utility and transportation construction industry in Trenton and Washington, DC. Education
A well-trained industry is a strong industry. UTCA offers safety and professional training and certification to our members at a discounted rate. Our courses are held throughout the winter and include everything from annual core competencies like OSHA 10 and trenching, to professional development classes on time management and jobsite communication.
